Siuslaw River: Recent rains have moved and activated the steelhead.

Ben Irving Reservoir: Stocking will begin in March.

Chetco River: Flows are low and clear. Anglers fishing smaller baits and lighter line are doing the best.

Coos River Basin: Steelhead will distribute more once the water comes up from the next significant rainfall.

People crabbing from boats have been picking up legal-sized crabs from the BLM Boat Ramp down to the jetties.

There are decent negative tides for digging bay clams during the late afternoons/early evenings.

Coquille River Basin: Steelhead will distribute more once the water comes up from the next significant rainfall.

Elk and Sixes rivers: Flows are low and clear.

Rogue River, lower: Water levels have dropped and cleared. Boat anglers are doing best by fishing plugs and/or side drifting eggs. The number of fly anglers on the river has picked up and success has been pretty good.

Tenmile Basin: A few largemouth bass have been caught in the lakes with the warmer weather. The water temperature is still in the upper 40s.

Umpqua River Mainstem: Recent rains have raised the water levels, however, the water temperature has dropped with the recent cold snap and the fish are slow to bite.
