Question: What became of the ‘wind weather vane” that was erected at central dock by Mike Vaughan? We grew accustomed to seeing it when going around Timber Inn corner. Although a novelty, it could be seen traveling north or south on 101. Coos Bay needs more of the same.
Question: I heard that at the recent county commissioners’ work session about ORC, Commissioner Stufflebean left at 5 p.m. before the meeting was over. If this is true, what were the circumstances of his leaving?
