Robert McMillan, 10, and Cierra-Lynn Short, 5, shoot hoops outside of McMillian’s home. McMillan’s brother, Joey Bywader, 7, was struck by a car and killed Saturday while playing freeze tag with friends in front his house. McMillan says he’s doing “OK” while dealing with his brother’s death. The family, background, is grieving of the loss of their youngest family member.
